“Polite Teacher” was presented at the Warsaw.ai conference

We are proud to announce that our colleague, Dominik Filipiak, together with Jakub Fajkowski, has made an outstanding contribution to the renowned Warsaw.ai was able to afford a conference. Dominik, our computer vision expert, presented the research paper “Polite Teacher”, which he developed together with Andrzej Zapała, Piotr Tempczyk, Anna Fensel and Marek Cygan.

The “Polite Teacher” method, which uses a mutual learning model between teacher and student, has established a new leader in instance segmentation with a minimal number of labels. This method has been validated on several benchmarks. The research represents a significant advance in artificial intelligence technology.

Warsaw.ai is a leading forum for artificial intelligence in Poland that brings together experts and enthusiasts from the field of AI to discuss the latest research, developments and trends. It can be an expression of our commitment to innovation that our employee was able to present their “Polite Teacher” research project on such a prestigious platform.

We are extremely proud of Dominik and his commitment to expanding the limits of artificial intelligence and warmly congratulate him on his successful presentation! A replay of the conference, together with Dominik's presentation, is available here.
